I grew up in Western North Carolina, where I learned pretty early that the best things in life come from genuine connection — to people, to place, to something larger than yourself.

That’s what led me to study both Religion and Advertising & Public Relations at UNC. On the surface they might seem like an odd pair, but to me they ask the same question: what makes people care? One just does it through faith and the other through communication.

I’m drawn to work that has real intention behind it. Whether I’m building a campaign, writing copy, or just figuring out how to tell someone’s story the right way — I want it to mean something.

Outside of school I’m into photography, being outside, and finding the best local spots wherever I am. I believe the most interesting perspectives come from people who pay attention, and that’s something I try to do every day.
